Our story

Our journey began in May 2020, in the heart of Europe - in the picturesque city of Brno. We were just a group of 21 dedicated couriers with a fleet of 10 vehicles, but we had a vision: to connect people with the food, groceries and deliveries they needed and wanted, anytime, anywhere.

As day after day passed, our fleet of vehicles and skilled couriers delivered food from restaurants to homes, deliveries from stores to customers, and our presence grew. In a short time we expanded from Brno to Liberec, Prague, Uherské Hradiště, Zlín, Mladá Boleslav and Jablonec nad Nisou. Our vehicles and couriers became a permanent part of these cities.

Another important milestone in our story followed. In October 2021, we decided to go one step further and cross the borders of the Czech Republic to become part of life in Slovakia. We started providing our services in Banská Bystrica, Martin, Žilina, Nitra, Trnava and Trencin. Our vehicles were no longer only seen on Czech roads, but also on Slovak ones.

The year 2022 was another year of growth for us. We expanded to other cities in the Czech Republic such as České Budějovice, Olomouc and Plzeň. In Slovakia, we also started operating in Košice and Prešov.

But our services were not limited to food delivery. We were determined to become more than just a delivery company. We added other commodities to our portfolio such as food, parcels, furniture, white goods and more.

And today, in May 2023, with more than 120 vehicles and nearly 1,800 couriers, we have become an essential part of many people's lives in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We are a transport company that connects people, restaurants and shops, conveniently and efficiently, from place to place, in the shortest possible time.

We are able to deliver food in an average of 30 minutes, groceries in 60 minutes, other commodities in around 60 minutes and oversized parcels in around 4 hours. The delivery time is made up of several key blocks, where the actual transport time from the store to the customer’s final address is important, but also the time it takes to pick up the parcel and pack it in the store or warehouse.

Our priority is customer satisfaction and the environment. We use alternative eco-friendly fuels that save the planet, primarily CNG (compressed natural gas), LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) and electricity. We believe that even such a move will help leave our planet a better place.

Team Leader
Arranges training of couriers, communication with them, help with recruitment, shift planning and other operational matters.
Dispatching staff
Copies delivery times, assists couriers and intervenes when it is necessary to reschedule the route (vehicle breakdown during delivery or customer is not at home for collection etc.).
Dispatching system
Plans the most optimal route and efficient use of vehicles to ensure that the order arrives in the required time and at the lowest possible cost. The cost of the system increases with the number of vehicles involved and orders being transported.
